Fulfilment and Shipping

Products sold on our Site may be fulfilled and shipped directly by our third-party suppliers. ammotion remains the seller of record for all purchases and is fully responsible for your statutory consumer rights regardless of which supplier fulfils your order.

Estimated delivery timeframes are displayed on each product page and at checkout. These are estimates only and may vary due to supplier processing times, carrier delays, and customs clearance. We are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control, provided we take reasonable steps to notify you of any significant delay.

Tracking information will be provided where available. Some shipments may use carriers that offer limited tracking updates. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us at support@ammotion.store.

Out of Stock and Product Availability

As some of our products are fulfilled by third-party suppliers, stock availability may change without prior notice. In the event that a product you have ordered becomes unavailable after your order is placed:

• We will notify you by email within 5 business days.
• We will offer you a full refund to your original payment method, or an alternative product of equal or greater value at your choice.
• If we do not hear from you within 7 days of our notification, we will process a full refund automatically.

We will not substitute a product without your explicit consent.

 

Tesla Compatibility Disclaimer

Vehicle compatibility information provided on our Site, including recommendations based on your Tesla model, is provided as a guide only. We recommend verifying compatibility before purchase. We are not liable for incompatibility arising from vehicle modifications, software updates, regional variations, or changes made by Tesla, Inc. to vehicle specifications after our product listings are published.

14-Day Right to Cancel (UK & EEA Customers)

If you reside in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, you have the statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (UK) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by contacting us at support@ammotion.store within 14 days of the day on which you receive your goods. You will then be required to return the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation. We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods.

The right to cancel does not apply to goods that have been customized or personalized, or goods that have been unsealed after delivery for hygiene reasons if unsealing makes them unsuitable for return.

Australian and New Zealand Consumer Rights

If you reside in Australia, our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

If you reside in New Zealand, our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Where a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you are entitled to a remedy from us.

Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. Customs, Duties and Taxes

ammotion ships internationally. You may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are entirely the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.

Force Majeure

ammotion shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Supplier stock shortages or fulfilment delays.
• International shipping carrier delays or disruptions.
• Customs and import clearance delays.
• Natural disasters, pandemics, or acts of government.
• Industrial disputes or infrastructure failures.

In any such event, we will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable and take reasonable steps to minimise the impact on your order, including offering a full refund if fulfilment is not possible within a reasonable timeframe.
